SL Benfica will lock horns with Club Brugge in the
UEFA Champions League match at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica (da Luz) on March 7.

The Portuguese football powerhouse claimed a 2-0 win over Brugge in the Round of 16 first-leg clash in Belgium on February 15.
As a result, Benfica are enjoying an 11-match unbeaten run in the Champions League having recorded nine victories and three draws.
The Eagles are also undefeated in their last five matches at home in this competition having registered four wins and one draw in Portugal.
Meanwhile, Brugge are now winless in their last four matches in this competition having registered two defeats and two draws.
However, the Belgian champions are undefeated in their last three matches on the road in the Champions League having registered two draws and one victory.
What Is At Stake
Benfica will advance to the quarter-finals if they avoid a defeat against Brugge with the draw for the last eight scheduled to take place on March 17.
While Brugge will have to win by three clear goals in order to progress to the quarter-finals or win by a two-goal margin in order to take the match to extra-time.

Julian Draxler and Mihailo Ristic are both set to miss the game against Brugge as the duo is nursing ankle and hamstring injuries respectively.
Brugge star Andreas Skov is currently recovering from a hip injury, while Raphael Onyedika missed the Belgian Pro League game against Gent on February 26 due to an illness.

Joao Mario netted his fifth goal of the season in the Champions League against Brugge and the experienced attacking midfielder will be confident of adding to his tally.
