US Sassuolo will play host to their relegation rivals Cagliari FC in a
Serie A game at the MAPEI Stadium on 19 May.

The Black and Greens succumbed to a 2-1 loss to Genoa CFC away on 12 May and it was their second defeat in their last three matches in the Italian top-tier.
Sassuolo defeated Inter Milan in their last home match in this competition and the win snapped their three-match winless run at the MAPEI Stadium.
Meanwhile, Cagliari suffered a 5-1 loss to AC Milan away on 11 May as they extended their winless run to five matches in the Serie A.
The Islanders are also winless in their last four away matches in the league having registered three defeats and one draw on the road.

Sassuolo trio of Domenico Berardi, Samu Castillejo and Grégoire Defrel are still out injured, but the club has no suspension concerns.
On the other hand, Cagliari also do not have any suspension worries, but Jakub Jankto is the only player on the club's injury list at the moment.

“The result seems a little harsh, but Milan scored five goals because they are talented. We were a bit too timid in the first half and should’ve tried to cause them more problems,” Cagliari manager Claudio Ranieri said after his side's loss to Milan.
“We knew this was a Joker in the pack, whatever happened we would accept it. For long spells we did play well, albeit without the confidence to attack them, as by the time we did the spaces had opened up and they took full advantage. They cut into us like a knife through butter.
“Now there is a huge game against Sassuolo and I think a lot will be decided then. There are two matches left, we will prepare well and try to do our best.”
