The 2019 Estoril Open will take place at the Clube de Ténis do Estoril in Portugal between 29 April and 5 May.
It is a men's tennis tournament played on clay courts and it was created in 2015.
This will be the fifth edition of the Estoril Open, and it is part of the ATP World Tour 250 series of the 2019 ATP Tour.
The prize money is $588,192 and the total financial commitment is $657,517.
Last year's competition was won by Joao Sousa, who defeated American player Frances Tiafoe in the final to clinch his maiden title.
This year's field includes Tsitsipas, Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters champion Fabio Fognini and former winner Pablo Carreno Busta.
World number 10 Tsitsipas is the favourite to win this year's tournament having reached the 2019 Australian Open semi-finals
In the men's doubles, British duo Kyle Edmund and Cameron Norrie will be hoping to defend their doubles title.
