Brendon Todd will be hoping to make history by becoming the first golfer to win the
Fortinet Championship title twice.
What to know about Todd
The American golfer has won seven professional tournaments since he turned professional in 2008 having been a four-time All-American as a collegiate golfer.
Three of his seven tournament wins are PGA Tour events including the 2014 HP Byron Nelson Championship and 2019 Mayakoba Golf Classic.

The 38-year-old took a break from professional golf after participating in the 2023 Fortinet Championship in September where he finished sixth.
Todd is currently placed 55th on the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) and his best OWGR is 39th.
Why Todd is among the favourites
The Pittsburgh-born sportsman was the first golfer to win the Butterfield Bermuda Championship in 2019.
Todd shot a nine-under 62, including seven straight front-nine birdies, to clinch the title by four shots over 54-hole leader Harry Higgs.
The experienced golfer's top-six finish at the 2023 Fortinet Championship shows that he still has the ability to clinch this weekend's tournament.

Todd finished second at the 2023 John Deere Classic in July with his friend Sepp Straka winning the PGA tournament.
“If you told me when I teed it up that I shot 3-under and tied the guy I was playing with, I would have thought I had a pretty good chance to win,” said Todd.
“So obviously Sepp went out well there and played an unbelievable round. Hats off to him. Really happy for him.”
