Sergio Perez will be hoping to record his third victory of the season when he takes part in the
2023 Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Mexican racing driver missed out on a podium spot at the British Grand Prix on July 9 having started 15th on the grid.
Perez picked up eight important points which boosted his ambitions of winning the 2023 Formula One world championship.
Formula One title ambitions
The 33-year-old is placed second on the World Drivers' Championship standings having accumulated 156 points from 10 races.
Perez is now 99 points behind leader Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing-Honda RBPT as the battle for the championship continues.
Why Perez could win the 2023 Hungarian MotoGP
Despite finishing second in a podium spot at the British Grand Prix, Perez is still in the battle for the world title having won two races this season.
The former Force India driver, who clinched the 2023 Saudi Grand Prix and 2023 Azeibjaban Grand Prix, will be looking to record his third victory of the season in Hungary.
What did he say?
“I had a great launch, but then I was pushed out by [Esteban] Ocon on Lap 1, and I lost positions instead of gaining them, so it just made the recovery harder," Perez said after the 2023 British Grand Prix.
"I used too much my tyres in that first stint, and then we boxed three laps before the Safety Car. So it wasn’t meant to be, but in the end, we gave it all and we did what was possible to get through it. I was lucky not to get a puncture, but yeah, just a little racing incident.”
“We just need a strong Saturday. The positive thing is that the pace is there on Sundays, where at the end of the day is when the points are given, but we just have to sort out a clean weekend, because the pace is there."
