Yamaha rider Maverick Vinales will be determined to claim his second win of the season at
Catalan MotoGP on June 6.
The Spanish star started the current campaign with a win at the Qatar MotoGP in March 2021, but since then he has failed to secure a podium finish.
Vinales finished eighth in the most recent race which was the Italian MotoGP which took place on May 30.

His teammate Fabio Quartararo won the Italian MotoGP as Yamaha clinched their fourth victory in the current campaign.
Quartararo, who has won three races thus far this season, is sitting pretty at the top of the Riders' standings.
The Ducati duo of Johann Zarco and Francesco Bagnaia are placed second and third respectively as they prepare to race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
Vinales is placed sixth on the standings and if he wins this weekend's race, he will climb into the top three places.

The 26-year-old remains hopeful that he will soon return to winning ways as prepares to compete in Barcelona.
"We need to try to make a reset in our mind. We know that we can be fast. So we just need to keep working and keep calm," Vinales said.
"Honestly, even if it was a very bad result, it was not that bad at the end. But we need to understand what was the problem during the weekend, because I could only ride fast with the last time attack. The rest we were slow."
Yamaha are placed at the top of Constructors' Championship standings and they are followed by Ducati and Suzuki respectively.
