2021/22 English Premier League
Matchday 28
Burnley v Chelsea
Turf Moor
Burnley, England
Saturday, 5 March 2022
Kick-off is at 17h00
Chelsea will look to put their Carabao Cup final disappointment behind them when they visit Burnley in the
Premier League on Saturday, March 5.
Thomas Tuchel's side lost to Liverpool on penalties in the final on Sunday, with Kepa missing from the spot after the previous 20 attempts in the shootout were all successful.
The Blues now turn their attention back to the league where they hold a three-point lead over fourth-placed Manchester United with two games in hand and looking to cement third spot.
The European champions are unbeaten in their last three encounters and head to Turf Moor on the back of successive wins against Tottenham (2-0) and Crystal Palace (1-0).

Tuchel expressed pride in his players for their performance against the Reds and felt the cup-tie could easily have gone in favour of the west Londoners.
"I have a feeling that we created a bit more but maybe that's also subjective. This game could easily have gone either way. You need a bit of luck, you need a bit of momentum to win it," he said.
"We cannot have any regrets, I am very proud of the performance of the team, there were a lot of good things. I told the guys we should not lose sleep over this. It was an entertaining match of football full of intensity and I'm very happy to have the chance to be part of this. It was excellent."
The Clarets have given themselves a fighting chance of staying up after a 1-1 draw at Palace on Saturday saw them go three matches undefeated.
Sean Dyche's men moved within one point of safety in 18th position, having climbed off the foot of the table following back-to-back wins over Brighton (3-0) and Spurs (1-0).

Dyche hailed the temperament of his players after they came through a massive week with seven points from their three outings.
"We've had a big week, an important week, and that's another point on the board, it's one loss in seven now so that's good for the mentality of the side and how we're going about it," he said.
"We know the challenge right in front of us, we've had it before, and we will take it on."
