Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen will have a real fight on his hands as he pursues a first-ever victory at the
Australian Grand Prix on Sunday, April 2.
The reigning two-time World Champion leads the driver's standings by just one point ahead of Red Bull Racing team-mate Sergio Perez after the opening two rounds, while Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso is third following back-to-back P3's.

Red Bull claimed a one-two in both the Bahrain Grand Prix and the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, with Verstappen taking P1 in the season-opener and P2 last time out after finishing 5.355s behind race-winner Perez.
The Dutchman has only secured one podium in six outings on the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne and was forced to retire on lap 39 last year due to a fuel leak - his only DNF of 2022.

Verstappen has called on his team to sort out their reliability issues after a driveshaft problem during qualifying meant that he had to start from 15th on the grid in Jeddah.
"We need to make sure we are reliable without any issues. I mean, my first weekend was not very clean, because of just the big balance shift from testing to the race weekend, some other things which are going on in the background," the 25-year-old said.
"And again (in Saudi Arabia), after three positive practice sessions, then I have an issue in qualifying. Of course, I recovered to second, which is good. And of course in general, the whole feeling in the team, everyone is happy but personally, I'm not happy.
"I don't mind doing it (a recovery race), but when you're fighting for a championship and especially, when it looks like it's just between two cars, we have to make sure that also the two cars are reliable."
2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix results:
Winner: Sergio Perez - Red Bull Racing
Second Place: Max Verstappen - Red Bull Racing
Third Place: Fernando Alonso - Aston Martin
