Portugal will face off with Spain in an international friendly match at the Estádio José Alvalade on October 07.
The Navigators secured a 2-0 victory over Sweden in their previous game which was the 2020/21 UEFA Nations League match in September 2020.
The win extended Portugal's unbeaten run four matches across all competitions having registered four consecutive wins.

Their last defeat came in October 2019 when they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Ukraine in the 2021 UEFA European Championship qualifier.
Meanwhile, Spain secured a 4-0 win over Ukraine in their previous match which was the 2020/21 UEFA Nations League in September 2020.
The win extended the Red Fury's unbeaten run to 13 matches across all competitions having recorded three draws and 10 wins.
Their last defeat came against Croatia in November 2018 as they succumbed to a 3-2 loss in a 2018/19 UEFA Nations League match.

Luis Enrique, the Spain coach, has backed his captain Sergio Ramos as the team continues to rely on the goalscoring defender.
"We may not have a goalscoring No.9, but we have a lot of ways to get to goal," Enrique said.
"Our top scorer is a defender [Ramos}. But I know that if the result had been bad, it would have been said that we don't have a goalscorer. I hope he achieves a lot more with the national team.
"He's a leader but with more than words. He is an example and that's how he leads. Having Sergio Ramos [in a team] is very easy for a coach."
The last meeting between Portugal and Spain was on 15 June 2018.
The two teams played to a 3-3 draw in the 2018 FIFA World Cup match which was played at the Olimpiyskiy Stadion Fisht.
