Atletico Madrid will face off with RCD Espanyol in a
Spanish La Liga match at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano on April 17.
The Mattress Makers suffered a narrow 1-0 loss to Real Mallorca away in their previous league game which was played on April 9.
The defeat ended Atletico's six-match unbeaten run in this competition having recorded six successive victories before facing Mallorca.

However, the Mattress Makers are undefeated in their last three home matches in La Liga having registered three consecutive wins.
"Things didn't work out today. Mallorca played a good defensive game. It was a difficult game. In the end, with a dry pitch, with the sun, with everything, it's complicated," Atletico goalkeeper Jan Oblak said.
"I'm not looking for excuses. We have to do more and better. Today was not enough for the three points. The intensity wasn't at the level that it had to be for the whole team. In the end, you lose a game that you didn't have to lose.
"You can't let the other team play with more enthusiasm. You have to go in wanting to win and take the three points."

Meanwhile, Espanyol secured a narrow 1-0 win over Celta Vigo at home in their previous league game which was played on April 10.
It was the White and Blues' second win in their last three matches in this competition, while the other game ended in a defeat to Real Sociedad.
Espanyol are winless in their last five away matches in La Liga having recorded three defeats and two draws as the visitors.
The last league meeting between Atletico and Espanyol was on 12 September 2021.
Atletico beat Espanyol 2-1 in a match that was played at the RCDE Stadium which was awarded as the 2010 Venue of the Year at the Stadium Business Awards in Dublin, Ireland.
