WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles
Tyson Fury v Dillian Whyte
Professional Boxing Match
Wembley Stadium
London, England
Saturday, 23 April 2022
The WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles will be on the line when reigning champion Tyson Fury faces mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium on April 23.
Fury defended the WBC belt for the second time when he defeated Deontay Wilder in October 2021 to draw a line under their trilogy of fights.
The Gypsy King first won the WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles in February 2020 after beating Wilder in a re-match, with their first bout in December 2018 having been controversially scored as a draw.

Whyte has had to wait four years for his shot at the world title and finally gets a chance in the biggest domestic bout in the division since Lennox Lewis took on Frank Bruno in 1993.
The Bodysnatcher is the WBC interim heavyweight champion after coming out on top against Alexander Povetkin in March 2021 to reclaim his belt from the Russian, who defeated him in August 2020.
Whyte's former trainer Mark Tibbs feels the fight is long "overdue" and says the Jamaica-born Brit has what it takes to defeat his former sparring partner Fury.
"I am pleased for him that he has got his world title shot at last," Tibbs told the PA news agency. "It is well overdue.
"Dillian felt they would meet at some point and I always thought it would make a great fight for the fans.
"He has always had Fury in mind, we have always spoke about Fury and he knows what he has got to do against Fury, but it is just doing it now.
"He knows he has to get up close and personal from the get-go, he can't mess about and that is where he could win the fight - getting up close and trying to get that left-hook off.
"So, he is always in for a chance early doors but he is the outsider and Tyson Fury is a superior boxer, there is no doubt about it but Dillian's got a puncher's chance."
