Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas will be eyeing his first-ever
German Grand Prix title in Hockenheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany on July 28.
The Finnish driver finished second in last year's German Grand Prix behind his team-mate Lewis Hamilton.
Ferrari driver Kimi Räikkönen secured a third-place finish as Mercedes dominated in Baden-Württemberg.
Räikkönen, who is also a Finnish driver, has since left Ferrari and joined Alfa Romeo Racing, and he will be looking to win his first German Grand Prix title.
Hamilton has won seven races in the
2019 Formula One season and he is still placed at the top of the Drivers’ Championship standings.
The British driver is now 39 points above second-placed Bottas, who will be hoping to cut his teammate's lead at the top on Sunday.
Mercedes also remain at the top of the Constructors' Championship standings having accumulated 407 points.

Their rivals Ferrari are placed second with 243 points on the standings with 11 races left in the current season.
Max Verstappen's Red Bull find themselves in the third-place having accumulated 191 points.
