FC Barcelona will battle it out with UD Almeria in a

Barca were held to a 1-1 draw by Valencia CF away on 16 December and the champions are now winless in their last two games in the Spanish top-flight.
Barcelona lost to Girona FC in their last home game and the loss ended their two-match unbeaten run at their temporary home ground, Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys.

Íñigo Martínez, Marcos Alonso and Gavi are on the Barcelona injury list while their teammate Frenkie de Jong is suspended.
On the other hand, the Almeria trio of Ibrahima Koné, Luis Suárez and Marko Milovanovic are out injured while their teammate Lucas Robertone is suspended.

"What happened over the past weeks with regard to effectiveness was repeated. This match pretty much summarises the season for us.

Almeria claimed a 1-0 win over Barcelona in their last meeting in La Liga and the game took place at the U-Power Stadium on 2 February 2023.
This was Rojiblancos' first-ever win over Barca in the league since Almeria were promoted to the elite league for the first time in 2007.
Barca had recorded 11 wins and two draws in 13 league games before losing to Almeria.
