Rory McIlroy will be determined to add the
AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am trophy to his trophy cabinet when tees off in Pebble Beach.
What to know about McIlroy
The Northern Irish superstar is considered among the greatest golfers of his generation having been crowned major champion four times.
Along with Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods, McIlroy is one of three players to win four majors by the age of 25 and he has impressively won 38 professional tournaments to date.

The 34-year-old took a break from competitive golf after winning the 2024 Hero Dubai Desert Classic which is a European Tour event.
McIlroy is currently placed second on the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) as he looks to reclaim the top spot.
Why McIlroy is among the favourites
The man nickname Wee-Mac is playing some of his best golf at the moment having started 2024 by finishing runner-up in the European Tour's Dubai Invitational.
Wee-Mac then won the following week’s Hero Dubai Desert Classic and will now be looking to carry that form into the PGA Tour this weekend.
