The 2019 WGC FedEx St. Jude Invitational is set to be played at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee, U.S.A between 25 and 28 July.
This will be the 21st WGC Invitational tournament and the third of the
World Golf Championships events in 2019.
American golf course designer and restore Ron Prichard designed the TPC Southwind course in consultation with tour pros Hubert Green and Fuzzy Zoeller.
The defending champion is Justin Thomas, who won the last year's competition and he will be keen to defend the trophy.
However, the American golfer will face stiff competition from former WGC champions, who are set to participate in this year's tournament.
Thomas' compatriot Dustin Johnson, Northern Irish star Rory McIlory and Japanese golfer Hideki Matsuyama are some of the former winners in this year's field.
Current world number one Brooks Koepka, who won the 2019 PGA Championship title, will be looking to win the WGC trophy for the first time.
The 2019
WGC FedEx St. Jude Invitational offers a $10,250 million purse with a winner's share of $1,745 million.
