2023 Arnold Palmer Invitational will take place at the Bay Hill Club and Lodge in Bayhill, Orlando, Florida, USA between 2 and 5 March.
What to know about the tournament
The tournament was founded in 1966 as Florida Citrus Open Invitational and payment-processing corporation Mastercard has been its presenting sponsor since 2004.
Arnold Palmer won the Florida Citrus Open in 1971 and the PGA event has been played under the golf icon's name since 2007.
It is one of the four tournaments with invitational status including the Genesis Open, RBC Heritage, the Fort Worth Invitational, and the Memorial Tournament.

Forty-four of the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) are set to tee it up at Bay Hill – the most in any event since the 2022 Open Championship.
The field includes the top 30 on the FedExCup and all 13 Tour winners so far in the current 2022-23 season.

Scottie Scheffler returns to defend his 2022 title while defending FedExCup champion Rory McIlroy will also be part of the 120-player field.
New world number one Jon Rahm, Sungjae Im, Billy Horschel, Max Homa as well as Shane Lowry will also tee off at the Bay Hill Club and Lodge.
Former Arnold Palmer Invitational winners Tyrrell Hatton, Jason Day, Francesco Molinari and Jason Day will also be part of the field.
What Is At Stake
The 2023 Arnold Palmer Invitational purse is set for $20 million, with the winner's share coming in at $3,6 million.
The winner receives a red cardigan sweater in memory of Arnold Palmer, a tradition that began with the 2017 tournament after Palmer's death in 2016.
He will also earn 550 FedEx Cup points, 67 Official World Golf Ranking points, a three-year exemption on the PGA Tour and an exemption into next year's Tournament of Champions.
