The
2019 Aragon Grand Prix is set to take place in Alcañiz which is a town and municipality of Teruel province in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain.
This will be the 14th round of this year's Championship and it will take place at the Motorland Aragon.
The circuit was designed to incorporate three main zones – a technology park, a sports area and a leisure and culture area.
Honda rider Marc Márquez is the defending champion (Aragon Grand Prix) having won the 2018 race.
Andrea Dovizioso of Ducati and Suzuki rider Andrea Iannone finished second, and third respectively.
Honda rider Marquez remains at the top of the riders' standings having collected 275 points having won the recent San Marino MotoGP.
Dovizioso, who finished sixth at the 2019 San Marino MotoGP, remains second on the standings - 93 points behind Marquez, while Ducati's Daniel Petrucci is now on third spot with 151 points.
Honda are also placed at the top of the manufacturers' standings, but they are now 60 points above second-placed Ducati as the race for the title continues.
Yamaha and Suzuki occupy the third and fourth spots with six races left in this season's championship.
