Quotes
“When others have the ball then everything becomes more difficult, especially for what are the qualities of my team," Napoli manager Luciano Spalletti said after their draw with Bologna.
"I asked for a cleaner game, although then we had several situations to close the game earlier. There was the comeback of Bologna, a very good team coached very well.”
“Osimhen? He is very strong, he will have an important future in any team he can play. This is a great guy, he takes away the quarrels from his teammates," he added.
"He doesn’t dispute them, but he solves team situations. He still has many things to learn, he will become even much stronger.”
Head-to-Head
Napoli emerged as 2-0 winners over Sampdoria in their last meeting in the league which was on 8 January 2023 at the Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris.
The Little Donkeys are undefeated in their last eight league games against the Blue Circled having registered eight consecutive wins.
