Zambia will lock horns with Mauritania in a
2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifier - Group B match on November 13.
Chipolopolo were held to a 1-1 draw by Equatorial Guinea at home in their last Group B game which was played on October 10.
As a result, Zambia are winless in their last three matches across all competitions having recorded one draw and two successive defeats.

Chipolopolo are also winless in their last two home matches having registered one defeat and one draw.
"I am also disappointed to be out of contention for the Qatar 2022 World Cup because my aim when I came here was to also build the team for the nation," Zambia coach Beston Chambeshi said.
"This is not the result we wanted. We wanted at least maximum points so that we can stay in contention for the Qatar World Cup."
"But anyway we have seen that the team is coming up and personally I have seen what the boys can offer. If I can stay with them for some time we can build a team that can be reckoned with."

Meanwhile, Mauritania managed to hold Tunsiai to a 0-0 draw at home in their previous Group B game on October 10.
The draw extended the Lions of Chinguetti's winless run - in their last four matches across all competitions they have recorded three successive defeats and one draw.
Mauritania are also winless in their last three away games having registered three consecutive defeats on the road.
The last meeting between Zambia and Mauritania was on 3 September 2021.
Zambia emerged 2-1 winners over Mauritania in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier which was played at the Stade Olympique de Nouakchott in Nouakchott.
