Southampton will play host to Leicester City in an
English Premier League match at St Mary's Stadium on December 1.
This will be the 31st meeting between the two teams in the English Premier League era.
Leicester have the upper hand having recorded 12 wins compared to Southampton's eight victories, while 10 matches ended in a draw.
The last league meeting between the two teams was on 30 April 2021 and the match ended in a 1-1 draw at the St Mary's Stadium.

Meanwhile, Southampton claimed a narrow 1-0 win over Aston Villa in their last home match which was played on November 5.
Therefore, the Saints are unbeaten in their last three home matches in the league having recorded two wins and one draw at the hosts.
While Leicester were held to a 1-1 draw by Leeds United in their last away game which was played on November 7.
The Foxes are undefeated in their last three away matches in the league having registered two draws and one win as the visitors.

“We lacked that belief, we resurrected that at half time and the attitude was much better in the second half, I was much happier in the second half," Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers said as he reacted to their last Premier League game which was against Chelsea FC.
“There are issues we can deal with (on zonal marking) that put us on the back foot. We have to defend set pieces better. We needed to change the momentum so [James Maddison] Madders and Kelechi [Iheanacho] gave us a bit more physicality and ability to protect the ball.
“The attitude is amazing but confidence is not where it has been. It is my job to bring that back, it has been difficult for us this season but that responsibility starts with me so I have to find a solution for it.”
