Yamaha rider Fabian Quartararo will be eager to clinch the
MotoGP world title when he competes at the Emilia Romagna MotoGP.
The French star narrowly missed out on a podium finish at last year's Emilia Romagna MotoGP as he finished fourth.
Quartararo is in good form at the moment having finished second in the most recent race in the current season which was the Americas MotoGP on October 3.

The 2021 Americas MotoGP was won by Honda's Marc Marquez and Franceso Bagnaia of Ducati finished third at the Circuit of the Americas.
Looking at the Riders' standings, Quartararo will clinch his first-ever MotoGP world title if he wins this weekend's Emilia Romagna MotoGP.
Bagnaia, who is the only rider that can still catch Quartararo, and Suzuki's Joan Mir are placed second and third respectively on the standings with three races left.
Quartararo can also be crowned 2021 MotoGP world champion if he finishes second and Bagnaia doesn’t win at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

“This result felt even better than a victory because you are getting closer to the championship, and now there is one less race,” said Quartararo after the Americas MotoGP.
“When you have ten races to go you don’t think about one (as a big deal) but now with four, and now three it’s an amazing moment and I feel I’m in the best moment of my life right now and I’m enjoying it so much.
“Of course it feels good (chance to be crowned champion at Misano) but this race I had a lot of pressure just from myself, I had a bit of belly ache before the start but now we have 50 points of advantage I have no pressure at Misano, and if we can’t get it there then Portimao will be the moment to achieve it."
Ducati are placed at the top of Constructors' Championship standings and they are followed by Yamaha and Suzuki respectively.
