Valencia CF will lock horns with Villarreal CF in a Spanish
La Liga match at the Estadio de Mestalla on October 30.
The Bats suffered a 4-1 defeat to Real Betis away in their previous league game that was played on October 27.
The defeat extended Valencia's winless run to seven matches in this competition having recorded three draws and four defeats.

Valencia are also winless in their last three matches at home in La Liga having recorded two successive draws and one defeat at Estadio de Mestalla.
Meanwhile, Villarreal fought back to hold Cadiz to a 3-3 draw at home in their previous league encounter which was played on October 26.
The Yellow Submarine are now winless in their last three matches in this competition having recorded two consecutive defeats and one draw.
However, Villarreal are still undefeated in their six away matches in La Liga having registered two draws and four successive draws.

“After the 90 minutes, I want to give us credit for the draw because the team showed that they know how to react," Villarreal manager Unai Emery said following their encounter against Cadiz.
"The draw isn’t enough, but there are good things to take from the game, such as certain players returning, which will help us for future games. We also were punished harshly for errors.
"They are strong on the counter and they had more chances than what we’d have wanted. We are positive about the point and the response of the team. We will pick ourselves up quickly for Saturday’s match.”
The last meeting between Valencia and Villarreal in a league match was on 5 March 2021.
Valencia ran out 2-1 winners over Villarreal in a match that was played at Estadio de Mestalla which is the eighth largest stadium in Spain.
