Jorge Martin will be hoping to secure another podium spot at the
San Marino MotoGP after his decent display in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

The Ducati Prima Pramac Racing rider challenged for the recent 2023 Catalan MotoGP title on 3 September and he ended up finishing third.
Martin, who is nicknamed Martinator, started fifth on the grid and managed to secure a third-place finish and he accumulated 16 important points.
2022 San Marino MotoGP
The Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer finished ninth at the 2022 San Marino MotoGP having started 13th on the grid on the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.
This was Martinator's best performance in this event as he was forced to retire in 2021 which was his debut appearance in the race.
Why Martin could win the 2023 San Marino MotoGP
The former Mahindra rider is placed second on the riders' standings and he looks like a serious contender for the 2023 MotoGP world title.
Martin won this season's German MotoGP and he will be eager to register his second victory of the campaign in Italy.
What did he say?
“Today it was impossible to beat the Aprilia’s, they were in another galaxy this weekend," Martin said after the 2023 Catalan MotoGP.
"But I’m happy with the gap and we closed it everyday. Today I finished less than three seconds behind them and I feel I have improved as a rider this weekend and we are a stronger team.
“I’m confident that in Misano everything will come a bit better, this track is quite complicated for us so hopefully everything comes easier there.”
