Genesis Scottish Open title to his trophy cabinet when he tees off at the Renaissance Club.

The Northern Irish superstar remains among the best golfers in the world and he is currently placed third on the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR).
Nicknamed Wee-Mac, McIlroy has won 36 professional tournaments including 23 PGA Tour events and five golf majors.

Wee-Mac will make his return to competitive golf at the Genesis Scottish Open having missed the Rocket Mortgage Classic and John Deere Classic.
McIlroy took a break after he finished seventh at the 2023 Travellers Championship last month as Keegan Bradley won the tournament.

The 33-year-old has recorded three top tens this season in addition to his victories at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic and CJ CUP in South Carolina.
McIlroy will be making his eighth appearance in Scotland’s national open after winning his first events of the 2023 season on both sides of the Atlantic, including a maiden Rolex Series title in Dubai.
