2023/24 English Premier League
Matchday 14
Liverpool v Fulham
Anfield
Liverpool, England
Sunday, 3 December 2023
Kick-off is at 16h00
Premier League title hopefuls Liverpool will be expected to come away with all three points when they host Fulham at Anfield on Sunday, December 3.
The Reds have yet to drop a single point on home soil this season and they've lost just once in 13 games to emerge as contenders for a 20th championship crown in the top tier of English football.
Jurgen Klopp's side came from behind to draw 1-1 with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on November 25 to remain a point adrift of the defending champions in third place.
Arsenal leapfrogged both teams into top spot courtesy of a dramatic late 1-0 victory over Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium, while Aston Villa beat Tottenham 2-1 in the capital on November 26 to move up to fourth position, with on 28 points with the Merseysiders.

The Cottagers have struggled to build up a head of steam in 2023-24 and find themselves four points shy of the top 10 in 15th place ahead of their clash with Wolves on November 27.
Marco Silva's side are in the midst of a slump after a 3-1 loss to Aston Villa in the West Midlands on matchday 12 extended their winless run to four matches.
Darwin Nunez was Liverpool's most threatening player against City and forced Ederson into two fine saves, the first one from a header before seeing his shot parried around the near post. The Uruguayan striker was unable to add to his tally of four goals and has now gone three games without finding the back of the net.

Raul Jiminez is still looking to find his feet at Craven Cottage since making the switch from Wolves in the off-season. The Mexican striker started the first seven games of the campaign before coming off the bench against Tottenham and Manchester United, but returned to the starting line-up at Villa Park and scored his first goal for Fulham, having hit the post earlier on.
Klopp felt Liverpool gave the Citizens a run for their money as they became the first team in 2023 to collect even a point at the Etihad Stadium.
"I think we passed a test today. I'm not sure it was the test," the German said. "Last year, we got under the wheels and had no real chance.
"If you see who would have been more likely to have won the game, it was City. But we have won games with less. We gave them a proper game."
Silva wants to see a calmer approach from his players after an uncharacteristic performance against the Villans, although he was pleased with their response in the second half.
"The way we played in the second half, we showed our quality. The first half, no," he said. "Some details I don't like to call unlucky. Another own-goal. Even the second goal, two players fight for the ball. They're not normal things.
"We need to be more relaxed and calm. We have to express ourselves on the ball. The first half not enough, second half completely different but it was 2-0. We gave the ball away so easy for the third goal. The reaction and commitment was there."
