Nico Echavarria will be eager to make it back-to-back victories in the 2024 PGA Tour season by winning the
World Wide Technology Championship.
What to know about Echavarria
The Colombian star played amateur golf when he attended the University of Arkansas from 2013 to 2017, and he won the Mexican Amateur in 2014.
Echavarria, who represented Colombia in the Eisenhower Trophy in 2016, has won six professional tournaments since turning pro eight years ago.

The Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida-based golfer was in action at the recent Zozo Championship where he crowned on October 27 - his second PGA Tour victory.
Echavarria is currently placed 99th on the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR), and it is also his best overall ranking.
Why Echavarria is one of the favourites
The 30-year-old is oozing with confidence after winning the Zozo Championship as he shot a three-under 67 to win by a shot over Max Greyserman and Justin Thomas.
Echavarria, who is familiar with Mexico after his 2014 victory as an amateur, is among the favourites to win the World Wide Technology Championship based on his current form.
What did he say
"It was very fun, that was a lot of fun with these two guys battling it out," Echavarria said after winning the Zozo Championship.
"It's been a lot of work, it's been a lot of rough weeks but moments like this are the ones that make everything better.
"It's the second win on the PGA Tour, not a lot of people get to win two times on the PGA Tour."
